  • LLB or Equivalent Qualification from an HEC recognized university/foreign university.
  • Candidates with LLM in corporate law will have added advantage.


  • Minimum 12 years of relevant banking/corporate sector experience of handling legal matters in a reputable organization including 03 years in a senior managerial role.

The above position demands a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with demonstrated experience and leadership skills well-versed with applicable banking laws & practices. This position will report to President/CEO.

Chief Legal Officer shall be responsible for managing the Bank’s Corporate & Legal Affairs and rendering assistance in advising on legal viability of various Transactions, and Negotiation of Contracts.

The role includes carrying out the legal analysis, expressing opinions, examining, scrutinizing, and drafting Legal Documents, advising and strategizing legal actions for the Bank. The Chief Legal Officer shall identify and advise on the structuring of the agreements, creation of security, collateralization, legal remedies, and evaluate options to address Regulatory, Corporate, Labour, and Financial matters.
