Advans Pakistan Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking candidates for the following positions for its upcoming branch in GHOTKI.
Minimum Graduate, having 2 – 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager preferable in the microfinance sector. Ability to manage team and responsible for all the activities of the branch and is in charge of the commercial development of the branch and of the liquidity management, to develop the overall branch portfolio in accordance with targets set by the management, both in terms of quantity and quality.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – ASSET
Minimum Graduate, having 1 – 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager/Team Leader, preferable in the microfinance sector. Ability to manage team and to achieve strategic and operational goals of the team, to develop the overall branch loan portfolio (both in terms of quantity and quality), in accordance with set targets.
Minimum Graduate, having 1 – 2 years of experience as Operation Manager, preferable in the microfinance sector. Should possess sound knowledge of SBP Regulations, responsible for the daily running of front and back office work relating to credit, retail, and cash transactions in the branch as well as all banking services delivered at till level.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Minimum Intermediate, having 1 – 2 years of experience as a Loan/Credit Officer, fresh candidates may also apply. The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible to introduce new loan products to the market and identify small businesses needs as well as achieve monthly sales targets.
Minimum Graduate preferably B.Com, proficiency in Ms Office and good with numbers. The Teller is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Advans Pakistan standards, by processing cash quickly, accurately and efficiently.
CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICE –

Minimum Graduate preferably B.Com/BBA/MBA, proficiency in Ms Office, having strong communication and interpersonal skills.The Customer Services Officer is responsible for front line and back office work relating to credit and retail activities in the branch.
